To meet our customers’ different requirements for their different applications. We developed different models of gas liquid mixing pumps with different capacity from 0.3m3/h (5l/min) to 50m3/h. Also if your application deals with acid solution, alkaline solution or sea water, you might need special casting material like SUS 316l, duplex or even Hartz alloy. We can customize the pumps with these kinds of special materials for your unique application.
For you dissolved air flotation application
Depending on the capacity of your DAF unit, we strongly recommend our closed couple type machine or coupling type machine for your applications. With our micro nano bubble generator being installed in your dissolved air flotation system, you can save the air compressor, high pressure tank and high pressure pump. Power consumption can be saved up to 40% compared to conventional method. Another advantage with micro bubble generator is that it is very easy to install and adjust the pump.
For ozone gas mixing application
we also recommend using our gas liquid mixing pump to generate the fully mixed ozone gas water. Due to the small volume of the micro bubbles, it can stay inside the water for a long time, so with this feather, the mixed ozone gas water can achieve a better oxidation effect compared to the traditional way using Venturi Pipe.
For the applications that involves oil transportation
we will need some special mechanical seal to seal the motor and pump so that there will be no leakage. We have a series of gas liquid mixing pumps for this application.

Product Introduction
The micro nano bubble generator, also called gas-liquid mixing pump, is a horizontally mounted self-priming gas-liquid mixing pump. The pump applies a standard click coupling connection or BSP thread connection. The pump's wetted components are all made of stainless steel like SUS 304, SUS316(L), DSS or Hartz alloy . The suction port of the gas-liquid mixing pump can draw in gas by the negative pressure, so there is no need to use a gas compressor and an atmospheric injector. The high-speed rotating impeller agitates the liquid with the gas, so no compressor and mixers are needed. Due to the pressurized mixing in the pump, the gas and the liquid are fully dissolved, and the dissolution efficiency can reach 80 to 99%. Therefore, a high-pressure solution can be obtained without a large pressurized gas tank or an expensive reaction tower. A gas-liquid mixing pump can be used for gas-liquid attraction, mixing, dissolution and direct delivery of highly dissolved liquid to the point of use. Therefore, the use of a gas-liquid mixing pump can improve the efficiency of the dissolved gas production, simplify the preparation device, save the space, greatly reduce the initial investment, save operating costs and maintenance costs.
Installation
The mixing solution of gas liquid mixing pump can overcome the difficulty of dissolving and pressurizing gas into the liquid and can evenly mix the two different kinds of liquid. The gas liquid mixing pump, compared to the conventional mixing machine, greatly simplifies the mixing process and maximally miniaturize the equipment so as to save the investment cost. One typical use of gas-liquid mixing pump is with dissolved air flotation system. With our gas-liquid mixing pump (micro nano bubble generator), not only can the parts like pressure pump, air compressor, ejector, high-pressure container tank and releaser be eliminated, but so are the problems like releaser clogging, large bubble tumbling and pressure pump failure which are the problem inevitably and difficultly to solve with the conventional dissolved air flotation system. Gas-liquid mixing pump can generate micro bubbles which can greatly and efficiently improve the quality of water.

Yes. We can provide specific solutions to your actual requirements. For instance, if you want to apply the products to cultivate aquacultures in the sea water and you need special anti-corrosive material to protect the machine, we can customize the machine with SUS 316L or dual-phase steel. Also please name your special requirements about the voltage and electricity frequency. A kind remind here, motors manufactured in China normally are 50Hz.
